This Privacy Policy explains what data Tennis Coach IQ collects, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

Account information: email address and authentication details.
Player profiles: information you add about yourself or players you coach (e.g. age, level, goals).
Saved training plans: weekly plans, drills, and lessons you generate or save.
Chat history: conversations with the Ace AI Coach, kept so you can revisit them.
Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only subscription status and customer references, never full card details.
Technical data: standard logs (IP, browser, errors) to operate the service.

2. How We Use Data

To provide and personalize AI coaching, plans, and history features.
To process subscriptions and manage your account.
To improve reliability, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
To contact you about your account or important service changes.

3. AI Processing

Prompts you send to the Ace AI Coach are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. Do not include sensitive personal, medical, or financial information in your prompts.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app (hosting, authentication, payments via Stripe, AI providers) and when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us. Depending on your region (e.g. EU/UK), you may have additional rights under GDPR.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. If a parent or coach manages a child's profile, the responsible adult is the account holder.
