Welcome to Tennis Coach IQ, operated by Tennis Tips IQ LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website and app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

Tennis Coach IQ provides AI-generated tennis lessons, drills, training plans, and match strategy. The service is for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Coaching or Medical Advice

Our AI coaching does not replace certified in-person coaching, medical advice, physiotherapy, or professional injury evaluation. Always consult a qualified coach or licensed medical professional for personalized guidance, injuries, or health concerns.

3. Safe Training and Court Activity

You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of anyone you train. Warm up properly, use appropriate equipment, train within your ability, and stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from following AI-generated suggestions.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Manage Billing in your account menu. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, resell access without permission, or use it to generate harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, and underlying software are owned by us. AI-generated content you create for personal use is yours to use; you may not redistribute the service itself.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tennis Coach IQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
