Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from Manage Billing in your account menu. After cancelling, you will keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once it has started, since you retain access until the period ends. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a serious issue with the service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.

Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you see a duplicate or unrecognized charge, email us with the date and amount and we will investigate and refund any verified error.

Free Plan

The free plan has no charges and nothing to cancel — you can simply stop using it or delete your account.

How to Cancel

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open the account menu (top right) and click Manage Billing.
3. In the Stripe billing portal, click Cancel plan.
